Stacey redirected her attention to her passion for real estate and the development company she co-founded in 2021, Sugar & Spice Developments. This company is dedicated to transforming spaces, environments, and communities.
At present, Stacey manages a diverse rental portfolio consisting of long-term residential and commercial rentals, short-term rentals, and a beach motel, with a total value of over $10 million in cash-flowing real estate assets. Her primary focus is on inspiring others to achieve financial freedom through her educational initiatives, sharing her own path to success.
